LAD HUB is proud to present the Harvest Coaching School New Campus, a transformative educational facility designed to set new benchmarks in learning environments. Established in 2000, Harvest Coaching School has emerged as one of the leading residential coaching institutes for IIT and NEET entrance examinations. With their vision to expand and elevate their offerings, the management envisioned a new campus that integrates Pre-Primary to 12th-grade schooling with entrance coaching classes, all under one roof.

Located near the Calicut International Airport, this sprawling 4-acre campus is designed to meet international standards in education, architecture, and facilities. The project reflects our commitment to creating spaces that inspire academic excellence, innovation, and holistic development.

The design of the Harvest Coaching School New Campus was driven by the client’s unwavering commitment to quality and their aspiration to create a world-class educational institution. Our goal was to craft a campus that:

  • Inspires Learning: Through thoughtfully designed spaces that encourage curiosity and creativity.
  • Promotes Collaboration: With flexible learning environments that foster interaction among students and faculty.
  • Ensures Comfort: By prioritizing ergonomic design and student well-being.
  • Embodies Sustainability: By incorporating eco-friendly practices and materials.

The School Block at the Harvest Coaching School New Campus is the iconic face of the institution, strategically positioned at the main entrance and facing the public road. Designed as two separate blocks divided by the campus’s internal road, the building is seamlessly connected by an interconnection bridge with a glass façade, serving as both a functional link and a striking architectural feature. The west-facing orientation posed a challenge with direct sunlight, which was creatively addressed through a colorful metal tube façade. This innovative design not only acts as a sunshade to reduce heat and glare but also adds a vibrant and playful aesthetic, making the building visually appealing for young students.

The rooftop play area, designed with bright colors, further enhances the building’s charm, creating a lively and engaging environment for children. Its proximity to the Calicut International Airport ensures the colorful façade and rooftop are visible from the air, turning the School Block into a recognizable landmark for the campus. Additionally, the school reception, admin office, and lounge were designed to provide a spacious and premium experience for visitors and parents. This area, attached to the school building with a glass structure, is situated at the front of the school block, offering a welcoming and sophisticated first impression.

The Coaching School Block at the Harvest Coaching School New Campus is a modern, student-centric facility designed to inspire learning and innovation. Facing the north direction, the building features a fully glass façade, allowing abundant natural light to flood the interiors while creating a sleek and contemporary aesthetic. The block comprises a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors, accommodating 600+ students at a time. To ensure sustainability and energy efficiency, the building is equipped with a centralized air-conditioning system powered by solar energy, reflecting the institution’s commitment to eco-friendly practices.

The interior design offers a unique and immersive experience for students. The basement serves as a parking area and canteen, providing convenience and comfort. The ground floor features a waste area, a spacious lounge, and a gathering space for students to relax and interact. On the west side, a 2,500 sq. ft. open library offers a serene environment for reading and studying.
The 1st and 2nd floors are designed with full-length balconies that overlook the ground floor, creating a sense of openness and connection. A single-flight staircase connects all floors, offering ease of access and a visually striking architectural element that adds to the building’s modern appeal. This thoughtful design ensures the Coaching School Block is not only functional but also a vibrant and inspiring space for students.

The Girls Hostel Block at the Harvest Coaching School New Campus is thoughtfully designed to provide privacy, comfort, and functionality for over 600 students. Situated opposite the Coaching School Block, the hostel prioritizes privacy without compromising on aesthetics. The façade features a vertical louver system, where angled panels control sunlight and enhance privacy while allowing indirect natural light to illuminate the interiors. This innovative design not only ensures a serene living environment but also adds a modern and iconic architectural appeal to the building.

Inside, the hostel is equipped with a range of facilities to support the students’ academic and personal needs. These include a dedicated study area, a library, a canteen, a prayer area, and a play area, creating a holistic living experience. The vertical louvers and absence of direct-view windows ensure a private and secure atmosphere, while the modern design elements make the hostel a visually striking part of the campus. This blend of functionality, privacy, and aesthetics makes the Girls’ Hostel Block a comfortable and inspiring space for students to live and thrive.

The Common Area at the Harvest Campus is a vibrant and dynamic space designed to foster interaction, relaxation, and recreation.

This lively hub features an open-air amphitheater for events and performances, a wallyball court for sports enthusiasts, and spacious gathering areas for socializing and group activities. Walking pathways wind through lush greenery, creating a serene environment for students to unwind and connect with nature.

The design seamlessly blends modern architecture with functional outdoor spaces, encouraging engagement and community building. This thoughtfully planned area serves as the heart of the campus, promoting a balanced and enriching student experience.

The Boys Hostel at the Harvest Campus is a 7-story architectural marvel designed to blend functionality with striking aesthetics.
The building features a stepped terrace design, creating a cascading effect that integrates lush greenery into its structure. Each level is adorned with glass railings and vibrant plants, offering a refreshing and visually appealing environment for students. This unique design not only enhances the building’s aesthetic charm but also promotes natural ventilation and shading, ensuring a comfortable and sustainable living space. The clean lines, modern glass facades, and white exteriors create a contemporary architectural statement, reflecting the dynamic spirit of student life. The stepped terraces serve as functional outdoor spaces on each floor, providing students with areas for recreation, socialization, and relaxation.

These green terraces contribute to the building’s sustainability by reducing heat absorption and improving air quality. The grand central entrance leads into a spacious lobby, offering easy access to the hostel’s various facilities. Inside, the hostel is designed to foster a sense of community, with ample spaces for informal gatherings, group studies, and leisure activities. The integration of greenery and open spaces ensures that every room enjoys a positive and calming atmosphere, supporting the well-being and productivity of the residents. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the Boys Hostel is a model of energy efficiency and comfort. The design maximizes natural light and ventilation, reducing the need for artificial lighting and air conditioning. The building’s 7-story structure is thoughtfully planned to accommodate a large number of students while maintaining a sense of openness and connectivity. With its innovative design and student-centric features, the Boys Hostel stands as an architectural landmark within the campus, embodying a harmonious blend of modern design and functional living spaces. It is a space that not only meets the needs of its residents but also inspires a vibrant and collaborative community.

The Corporate Office Building at the Harvest Coaching School Campus is a modern architectural masterpiece strategically located at the center of the campus, offering panoramic views of the entire surroundings. This building serves as the administrative hub of the institution, housing the main administration offices, a small supermarket for students, parent accommodations with 3-star hotel facilities, a rooftop coffee shop, and a dedicated visitors’ area. Designed to blend functionality with aesthetics, the building features a contemporary design with a combination of glass, metal, and concrete elements.

The façade is adorned with large floor-to-ceiling glass panels, allowing ample natural light and creating a sense of transparency and openness. Vertical fins and structural elements add depth and texture to the exterior, enhancing its modern and professional appeal. The multi-level structure is designed to facilitate seamless movement and interaction. Open staircases, visible through the glass panels, add a dynamic visual element while connecting the floors efficiently. The upper floors incorporate terraces and outdoor seating areas, providing functional spaces for relaxation and informal meetings. These outdoor spaces not only enhance the building’s aesthetic value but also offer stunning views of the campus, creating a serene environment for students, staff, and visitors. The rooftop coffee shop is a standout feature, offering a perfect spot for socializing, studying, or simply enjoying the view.

The Corporate Office Building is more than just an administrative center; it is a vibrant and multifunctional space that caters to the needs of students, parents, and staff. The inclusion of parent accommodations with 3-star hotel facilities ensures a comfortable stay for visiting families, while the small supermarket adds convenience for students. The building’s sleek and professional design reflects the institution’s commitment to excellence and innovation. With its modern architecture, functional spaces, and central location, the Corporate Office Building stands as a symbol of progress and connectivity within the Harvest Coaching School Campus.
